Andrew Kristallis

Andrew Kristallis created Kristallis Outsourcing out of his own need. Andrew needed to find a cost effective solution where he could source and retain accounting and finance staff for his Sydney based accounting firm. After initially engaging an outsourcing firm to assist him, he quickly learnt that the staff he had employed were not treated as he would have expected from the outsourcing firm. They were forced to work in a crowded, unsavoury workplace and were treated poorly. When his employees were going to be forced to quit due to the working conditions, Andrew had to look at alternative solutions that meant he could also retain the staff he had trained and built a relationship with.

Fast forward 4 years and Andrew has a long term team of dedicated Accounting and Administration staff based in the Philippines. They have been flown to Australia on numerous occasions for training and team social events. They have two way video streaming set up so that the team both here in Australia and the Philippines feel connected.

The Kristallis Outsourcing team are moving into a brand new state of the art building in the heart of Cebu City Business Park. We have the capacity to manage over 200 clients across a diverse range of industries including accounting and financial services, real estate and property, education, transport, advertising and media, not for profit, telecommunications, IT, legal, medical, retail and industrial.
