Most of our clients give a guide for 1-5 years experience and provide a brief job description.

Our on-site HR and recruitment team then source the right candidate. We hold numerous interviews and assess references. We recruit candidates and take them through a complete hiring journey to ensure we get the person for your business.

ONBOARDING

Your new team will work in our brand new, modern, state of the art building in Cebu City Business Park. Your employees will sit together as a team. However, they will also be seated in a communal workspace with other Kristallis Outsourcing employees giving them a sense of being part of a larger team.

We have created a workspace that provides your staff with a positive and productive environment. We have the most innovative and advanced technology available for all staff to access and an on-site HR Manager to support all employees and you their employer.

Manage your team

You are responsible for managing and delegating work to your staff, just like with any other employee. You can communicate freely with them via, email, phone and video conferencing. You will also have a direct video link to their workspace area for full transparency. You are able to enable video link to have two-way back to your offices, if you choose to.

Your staff will also be monitored by our on-site team to ensure they are at their desks and working. We recommend you allocate time for training your staff to bring them up to speed with your expectations and business.

*All HR and employee issues are managed by us in accordance with the Filipino laws and our employment contracts.
